We kicked off our current year on November 19 with an excellent presentation by Mr. Jeffrey Moore. Nothing is more impactful and memorable than stories and Mr. Moore presented several large losses that have defined the industry. We have learned a lot through losses, yet some still make the same mistakes over and over. The key takeaway is "there is an engineering solution for everything" and we know how to protect all types of hazards. It is up to the property owner to choose resilience and invest in fire safety. We had good attendance at the first meeting with 28 attendees. But, we can do better! Tell your friends and colleagues. Let's collectively grow the pool of knowledge!
